Below are some important
details for your reference when ordering:
1.
Minimum Order:
21 tons or 1x20 FCL (twenty footer container). Different items can be ordered
and mixed
together in one container for initial order and promotion to your
country.
2.
Standard
Packaging: In plain white PP (polypropylene)
woven sacks at 25 kgs. per sacks.
a.
Or you may opt to use transparent clear Polyethylene plastic bags
under your own preferred brand or logo in it. We can have
everything from plastic bags, barcode labels, acrton boxes,
stickers, labelings done here i Manila for you at an additional
cost. We also do mixing of different items per pallet.
b.
We
can also use pallets for easier unloading of goods at additional
cost.
3. Payment
Terms:
You
have 2 options for the payment term. You may use either of these
two, whichever is more convenient to you.
a.
Confirmed
and Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight (for initial transaction)
b. Full
payment prior to processing of goods via Telegraphic Transfer.
4.
Bank: Details
of our negotiating bank will be sent to you after we received your
Purchase Order.
5.
All prices are quoted per ton in US dollars, FOB Manila, exclusive
of terminal handling charge, and bank charges for L/C, etc.
6.
Terminal
handling charge is
to be shelled out by the buyer.
7.
Bank Charges will be on the buyer’s side.
8. Delivery
Time: To
be confirmed upon ordering. Subject to delays due to force majeure
or fortuitous events such as typhoon, rebellion, etc.
